Adapalene 1% w/w (Microsphere):
Adapalene is a retinoid that promotes cell turnover and helps prevent clogged pores by increasing the shedding of dead skin cells. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce acne lesions.
Antibacterial Action (Clindamycin): Reduces the population of acne-causing bacteria, leading to a decrease in inflammation and acne lesions.
Keratinolytic Action (Adapalene): Unclogs pores and prevents the formation of new acne lesions by promoting the turnover of skin cells and reducing the buildup of dead skin cells.
Anti-inflammatory: Both clindamycin and adapalene help reduce redness and inflammation associated with acne.
Clean the Skin: Wash the affected area with a gentle cleanser and allow it to dry completely.
Apply a Thin Layer: Apply a thin layer of the ointment to the affected areas once daily, usually in the evening, as directed by your healthcare provider.

Sun Protection: Use sunscreen during the day as adapalene can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.
